Dear Sir,

I have been assigned to seek a reliable and trustworthy International Business partner
who is capable in assisting an investor in a planned re-investment of his credit
Bond.The credit bond for the sum of 150 million Euros is currently with a financial
institution in Europe but ready for onward investment in any viable sector in your
country that will be of mutual benefits to all.

It is important to get you informed that the investor currently under persecution by
the present government of his country and he is therefore desirous of absolute
strictness about his anonymity in this project in order to cut out any avoidable
scandal. This is therefore a Management Placement on behalf of the investor whose
information is being witheld for security reasons. It is will be your responsibility to
suggest a viable areas in which the funds can be invested.

And presumably granted that you are the head of your organization, it is expected that
a final decision is to be taken by your good self as we are favourably disposed to
dealing directly with only you as the head rather than your subordinate. So if you are
in line with our confidential terms and would be capable to handle a capital project
then we can commence immediately by your tendering of a detailed copy of your
investment plan  for our review. Upon satisfaction with your submitted investment plan
we shall proceed with a closing agreement with your company. The fund would be made
available to you immediately we have an agreement in place.
