Mr. Arthur Billings work with the PATEL ENGINEERING LTD here in India as i reading his Account File and I have sent a notification by myself to his forwarding address but got no reply, After a month i sent another reminder to his address i got from his file again and finally i discovered that there was no body or even members of his family was not living at the Address.

Most of my discovery, i saw that all his Bank Papers bear NO NEXT OF KIN, meaning no member of Mr. Arthur Billings family knows about the fund therefore, no member of his family will ever come forward to claim the money. Note by the virtue of my position in the bank and also as a Canadian Citizen, I have worked out the perfect modality on how the fund will be Transferred into your Bank Account.

I can not stand in the forefront of this transaction as Next of Kin because I work with the bank that is why I have come to you for assistance and be rest assured that this well calculated Venture involve no risk to you.
