    I am Al-Saadi Gaddafi the second son of safia Gaddafi and the third son to former (Libyan President,) Late Muammar Gaddafi. I was granted asylum by the government of Niger Republic in middle of last year(2011),at present am in Niger Republic with very strict conditions.
